        I'm using the onboard sound card for my Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R Rev 2.0 mobo. The sound chipset is Realtek ALC889. I've updated the latest drivers, but there is crackling/static noise when I play music. Currently I mainly use a 2.1 speaker system. But Ive tried testing it with headphones the static/crackling noises persists.
