    Thanks. The way I had tried was to connect the HDMI out on the receiver to another HDMI input on my TV. So not sure if that counts as a ghost display, since its not active. The main HDMI input on the TV was connected to the GPU. Motherboard HDMI out > AV receiver AV receiver > TV (HDMI 2nd port) GPU > TV (HDMI 1st port)
