      I have a strong hunch that there's some conflict between Nvidia HD Audio and Realtek HD Audio drivers. Disabling one or both of the drivers tends to get rid of the stuttering. Nvidia HD Audio driver reinstalls itself though. I've reinstalled my Nvidia drivers, cleaning out using the DDU and deselecting the audio drivers on installation.

      Realtek drivers have been causing issues with the hardware I have so I switched to Nvidia's audio drivers. I tried to disable the Realtek drivers but every so often they cut my audio out and I get a message from Realtek saying a device was unplugged from the audio jack. I dont use the audio jacks.
