    I called NuVo tech support and they told me the NV-MPS4 is no longer supported (I assume that means the Essentia as well). They offered to sell me the P-3100 at a discount to replace the unit since they don’t provide support anymore. My frustration is paying NuVo more money after they dropped support on their previous line.

    Spoke to the tech and he also go into the pc. In the end he recommended that I call the closest repair shop and mention that I spoke to NuVo Tech Support and source 4 and 5 on both the Grand Concerto and Music Port needs repair.
