    The way I get around it is I open Finder & I copy the whole Pro Tools session onto the G5 hdd. It should work off then work off the G5 hdd. If I want to work off my firewire hdd after ive copied the files onto the G5 hdd I then repeat the same process but copy the session from the G5 hdd & onto my firewire hdd & it will work.
