I have problems with the sound on my Lumia 920. It only makes sounds when I get a call or get a message. If I take a call, I cannot hear anything unless I turn on speaker. It won't play sounds in games or when I turn on music or anything either, which is weird because the speaker can't be damaged as it workes on calls and messages.

I have this problem as well - it is particularly noticeable above volume setting 25. Sometimes it seems ok initially then starts to sound tinny and distorted. Also, sometimes the speaker continues to crackle after I stop playback of the music or ringtone. I have not noticed any problems through the headphones.
