Solved! Go to Solution. 12-07-2018 12:33 AM. After a long and difficult interaction with Dell support we managed to get them to do a factory reset on the unit. Once completed the unit functioned 100% correctly. The feedback we got from Dell support technician was that the unit had a problem with the iSCSI cards and the reset cleared it.

I passed this at the boot string: pci=nomsi nolapic noapic. The install then found the hard drive and the install was able to carry on, it is still installing as I write this :-)

I work at a pro audio repair shop. We are a service center for Antelope and are having the same issues with the Orion Studio and Zen Tour. After 15 20 minutes the control panel will disconnect yet I still have audio passing and my computer sees the unit. I have tried with and with out being connected to the internet and it's the same.

No these guys are pretty good usually, they did all the work on my house for our Control4 and were very professional. The GPS & Amp version of the stereo in the ix35 needs a bridge between the steering wheel control and the new stereo as has been confirmed by a few installers I called around to today. My car just seems to be a pain to work with.
