Make sure you disable your onboard soundcard in device manager. And while you are there in device manager look for the Fast Track entry. Dont see it? Look for USB audio device. Either, or you should reinstall by right clicking on that entry. Click reinstall driver then select no then next screen same thing.

For listening to Pro Tools output make sure it is set all the way to "PB" (playback) and the headphone volume is turned up. If that is not it... Power off the interface reboot the computer.
