It would seem whatever you’re using to play/view this material can’t deal with an MP3 audio stream inside a Video Container - and for some reason Plex is unwilling, or unable to transcode a compatible audio stream. Plexweb runs in a browser and will be severely compromised in what it can effectively deal with.

Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit. Reinstalled PleX, no change. Web version of PleX works fine. No sound at all, even when scrolling through the choices. I did just install the recent large update from Windows 10, maybe that's the cause?
