    Also on the channels that have the sound issue you can try pressing the MTS/SAP button. The SAP mode may be on for those channels and if there isn't a secondary audio program you will get no sound. Try setting it to Mono or Stereo instead.     A good clue is, if they offer any cable or satellite stations, it should be "Cable" mode. You could also disconnect your park cable, raise your antenna, turn on the antenna amplifier, do an "Air" setup on the TV, and see what happens. If no problems with "air", I would suspect the park's cable system is at fault.
