I just got the Mafia II definitive edition for ps4 n i was super stoked to play it as its a top 10 game of all time for me and for some reason there's no dialogue audio whatsoever during the cutscenes, all the background noises (i.e. car engines, glasses clinking, etc.) are just fine but theres no audio for the voices.
