Installed nitoTV and xbmc 10.0-9. TV is connected via HDMI. Reciever is connected via Optical Cable. (Reciever is DTS capable, no AC3) I can not connect ATV2 via HDMI to reciever because it has no HDMI input nor output... I have tried different setups in ATV2 and XBMC...
