Thank you for your reply! I use internal speakers (Realtek R Audio). I have already tried making a test call and it worked fine (I only encounter the problem in a Meeting). I have also tried managing the Audio Settings but the speaker was already selected. I will try to reinstall the drivers and come back with an update.
