I posted about the same issue just a few days ago... and found that Nero seemed to be the problem. Two things I have found helps this problem: 1. start with smaller source files. The larger your source file the greater the audio gets out of sync. I never use source vidio greater then about an hour long. 2. Where possible make your cuts at the 0, 10, or 20 frame location.

So here I am. Using Nero Vision 4, and I get the same thing, but not on every file I burn. I burned three files onto one DVD, the first one was OK, the second one has major audio syns problems and the third one was minimal, but was progressively worse as the show progressed. Each file is xvid, and here are the specs. There HAS to be a solution.

I have also been tearing my hair out with this problem in Nero Vision and Nero Showtime recently,after numerous emails to Nero Support and trying several different things including removing K-Lite completely all to no avail. Your fix works , Just disable the Nero MPEG-1/2/4 & AVC Decoder codecs with K-Lite Codec Tweak tool and everything is sweet.

Best answer: to sync the audio rename the files NeVideo.ax and NeAudio2.ax to NeVideo.xx and NeAudio2.xx under D:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter and restart the nero. Now everything will be fine....
