Naim Stageline Phono Stage and Flat-Cap 2 Power Supply by ...

The Stageline's sonic signature is most certainly not what most people come to expect from a Naim product. Quite frankly, it sounds like it uses tubes. There is a great deal of warmth in the midrange and there was most certainly some roll-off in the treble.

Stageline - Appreciation and/or Criticism. mojo_65 January 15, 2019, 2:43pm #1. Stageline, I have been reading a lot on the old forum before buying it and I was surprised to see many different and often contraddictory opinions on this phono stage. Some says it is good some say there is a lot better (and the latter is most often true in hifi…).

Naim Supernait 3 review | What Hi-Fi?

    https://www.whathifi.com/reviews/naim-supernait-3
The Naim can generate huge scale with recordings such as this and deliver a fine stereo soundstage. While not the most expansive or spacious around, the stereo imaging is precise and layered enough to convince. There’s a little more clarity compared to the previous generation and a slight increase in agility.

I can confirm that the Stageline is a good match for the Adikt and that, for its price (bare, powered by the NAC), it’s a lot of fun (Naim sound, PRAT, good soundstage, good bass etc.). The Slipsik 6 (€ 1,100) is in another league though (more musical, more alive, better instruments separation). M. mojo_65 February 8, 2019, 8:51pm #74

Naim Audio Stageline MM phono preamp - maPlatine.com

Naim Audio Stageline MM: listening and review When the system is wired and powered up, as with most turntables in this range, a break-in period is necessary and it can take quite a while… It takes about fifty hours for the results to be on par with the investment.

The Inner Ear Magazine - Discover High End

For the audition Naim provided both the HighCap and SuperCap power supplies. From a performance point of view, the HighCap proved itself to be a very worthy unit, and when paired with the SuperLine phono keeps the unit in a surprisingly affordable price point.

Naim Nait XS 3 - The Ear

    https://www.the-ear.net/review-hardware/naim-nait-xs-3-integrated-amplifier
For vinyl enthusiasts who prefer MC cartridges, Naim’s separate StageLine phono amp offers support for both cartridge types, and can be connected to the XS 3’s power output which provides the requisite 24V to drive it. But that would mean forking out an extra £400 or so. Moving to digital sources, and the Naim steps up a gear.

REVIEW: Naim Superline Phonostage

    https://www.tonepublications.com/analogaholic/naim-superline/
In understated British fashion, the Superline looks like a little black box, slightly narrower than a standard Naim component and lacking even a power switch on the front panel, just a backlit green Naim logo. When you pick it up and realize it weighs more than a Nait 5i integrated amplifier, it sinks in that this is a serious phono stage.

Naim Stageline Phonostage | Hifi Gear

For many music lovers, nothing can replace the sound of vinyl to make them feel they have been transported to a live concert or recording venue. The Naim Stageline is dedicated, stand-alone RIAA phono stage that is configured at the factory to offer the correct input impedance and gain for both moving magnet (N) or moving coil (K) cartridges.
