NI Multisim audio input - DIYstompboxes.com

Re: NI Multisim audio input. Ok. I managed to do it by linking from audiomulch with Virtual Audio Cable. There must be a better way though. It would be much better to have a simple .wav player running under multisim directly. Perhaps a LabVIEW instrument. Anyway it's good fun to have audio files processed that way.

how to import and export audio with multisim? - NI Community

Use the Microphone instrument to record sound data from devices attached to the input of your computer's sound device (for example, microphone, CD player). The Microphone then outputs that data as a signal in Multisim. You configure the settings and record the sound before beginning simulation. Multisim then uses the audio signal as a signal source during simulation.

Can I Play .WAV files in Multisim - NI

    https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019MJvSAM
Solution. Built into Multisim is a microphone component but this requires the connection of a real microphone to your computer and will record the signal it receives. There are no native options for importing a WAV file and using the signal within Multisim. One option that has been used to achieve this is a virtual audio cable.
