Leave everything else connected. Set the four primary gain knobs and the sub gain on the ReQ5 to the middle, 1.2v. Set the two "sub level" switches at -3dB, "bass enhance" at "off" and the ReQ's LP x/over at 200. Now, play your CD quietly at first, to see if it's all working.
