A) Demux stream in Mpeg Streamclip or similar convert ac3 audio to wav, aiff or somthing more editable, import the separated streams in final cut and put together in secuence, the mpeg2 video will be recode depends setings of your secuence. I've since copied the files on to an external hard drive and returned the camera. But when I import the files into Final Cut Pro 6 there is only video and no audio.
