MPC-HC and MKV playback. I am having a problem getting MPC to play MKV files with the MPC Video Decoder. I have two pc's, and have it working fine on one, but the other will just not play? I can get MPC to play the file if I use the FFD show filter, or CoreAVC decoder, but I would like to take advantage of the DXVA as I do on my other PC.

Don't listen to that other guy! It's a bit harder to find since it's not under MPC's settings. Go into the "Language" section under the Haali Media Splitter properties, then enter "jpn,eng;eng,off" in the "Audio and Subtitle Language" bit, and it will automatically choose japanese audio with english subtitles primarily, and will switch to english audio with no subtitles if that isn't available.
