Here is my command and error: mp4box -cat file1.mp4 -cat file2.mp4 -new mix.mp4 -force-cat. WARNING: Concatenating track ID 3 even though sample descriptions do not match. This actually worked. The video and 2 audio tracks all synced and work fine, although the subtitles are not synced, about a second late.
