Adding the repetitions of the loop on MP4Box as -dash-live the delay increases (only on safari) and becomes noticeble after some repetitions (audio before video). Resample audio stream to match the timestamp during concat process with aresample ffmpeg audio filter fix the issue. Now it is in sync with all common browsers!

The audio and video do not match in rate. The video seems to be running fast and gets way ahead. If I set the mp4box fps to 15, it is closer. The extracted audio seems to match the mkv file. MPC says the mkv is 23.98 fps. Also, (MKVInfo) | + Default duration: 41.708ms (23.976 fps for a video track) at 4472
