this file is an .exe file but it uses Windows Media Player platform for playing videos. (.exe file has an internal .MP4 file) so i can't use any other players (Like Kmplayer or VLC and etc) and also i can't change my file to other formats, i should repair my Windows Media Player for playing .MP4 files.

I had the same problem with a video I downloaded from Vimeo. What fixed it for me was the following: Control Panel>Appearance and Personalization>File Explorer Options>View>Uncheck "hide extensions for known file types". Then go to the file and change the file extension to .mov (or an alternate video extension)
