To adjust the overall main volume, press the main knob so the +main LED is lit. Then the Phones Volume knob will adjust the main volume also.

I restarted my computer and got everything hooked up and opened FL Studio. I went to Options>Audio and changed it from ASIO4ALL to MOTU Audio ASIO and closed it. I opened up the mixer and selected MIC 2 for input, then went to output and selected Main 1-2. I changed a channel to Audio Clip and pressed record.
