I have tried with vanilla Morrowind, then with both expansions and all patches, same problem. Odd thing is I had it working fine on the same computer a few months ago. Since then only difference is new PSU, graphics card and some speakers added. Sound is fine in all other contexts, for instance iTunes or Oblivion.
