If it's with Monsters University, there are numerous reports of audio issues (sync, drop-outs, etc.) with that disc in ordinary playback; seems to be common with recent Disney releases combining TrueHD audio with seamless branching. Anyway, definitely not an AnyDVD issue -- either BDRB, your player, or Disney.

I am continuing to convert BD .ISO files to MKV files and when viewing the new files, I do not encounter the audio drop outs. I did find that my Monsters University .ISO file would drop the 7.1 HD audio track from time to time, but it seemed to always return. With other movies, once the audio track dropped, it was gone for good.
