@spyaaaaa, search your system for a file called msmpeg2vdec.dll which should be in %SYSTEMROOT%\system32. This file is the MicroSoft MPEG2 Video DECoder DLL. It's the one my system is using as the system DVD Decoder, and I believe it is built-in to Vista HP. If the file is missing, you will need to get a new copy.
