No audio support? Miro, you are missing out on a big opportunity. I think adding short audio files and video snippets as comments is a must-have to make a great tool closer to an all in one solution. Converting audio files to video is too much of friction in the workflow in my opinion.

I work with sound and music, and it’d be great to be able to upload, organize, and play audio files in Miro. It’d help with collaboration, and for my own planning, tracking, and organizational tasks. Embedding links is cool and fine, but it’d be really rad to not have to take that intermediate step.

Right now there is no way to upload audio files to Miro, although if you had an audio file which was published to YouTube, you could access it via that method. There are a couple of wish list ideas already entered regarding audio uploads so you may wish to review and upvote one or both of those. Upload audio files to the board from my device. Kiron

When you are finished recording, simply click on “Save and Share” and then choose “Embed Code”. This will allow you to copy the embed code and paste it into Miro using the “Paste iFrame Code” option. Then, viewers of your board can click and hear the recording without leaving your board. Good luck and happy Miro-ing!
