Not sure what the COMAND version in your 2010 S550 would support, but it is my understanding that in order to have Bluetooth audio in the W221 you have to use a Bluetooth adapter like the Bovee or a similar unit. This is what I use in my car, but my COMAND is the earlier version and yours is the later.
