Did you try pulling fuses 26,36 and 20 and then reinserting them? 26 & 36 are in the fuse box in the cabin (drivers side dashboard with door opened between the door and the dash) fuse 20 is in the trunk left side 8x4 panel. it’s worked for most people with this issue
