I have been reading a German MB forum site discussing about some sort of engineering mode in the Infotainment system: Audio 20 "engineering mode" (TP-Lautstärke anpassen) : Mercedes B-Klasse W246. I tried pressing "Hang Up" + "#" + "1" for 8 seconds and it did not work.
