I have tried using MEncoder to do the trick, but every time the resulting video file seems very corrupted. In both cases, the Audio Source = Auto Select and Dual Audio Track was NOT checked. I then tried MEncoder or MPlayer as audio Source and it worked ib boith cases -- in builds 5230 and 5280! ... i now tried it again and got both audio tracks without any problems.
