I'm using MeGui to create an H264 AVC encode with x264 and 6ch ACC sound using MeGui and Nero DIgital Audio. I do it in the following steps and I use the same settings every time in MeGui. 1. Create dv2 project 2. Create avisynth script 3. Encode Video & Audio 4. Mux with mp4box in MeGui. Maybe it's the way I prepaire the file before, I don't know.

This means that the audio will now be shifted 200ms from where it should be causing a sync issue. Most muxers have a way to set the delay/offset value. MeGUI should be reading that before it demuxes, then reapplying it when it remuxes the encoded streams. It sounds like it's not doing that properly. Have you tried asking their developers about it?

I enabled the DGDecodeNV option in MeGUI. I encoded the video with MeGUI and used an Avisynth script. I selected M2TS file output. The video output by MeGUI was fine however the audio had a 65 second delay as reported in the MeGUI log. However If I demux the source with TSMuxer and play back the audio file, there's no delay.

Priority: 5. When using AAC (nero) & H.264 (x264) inside a mp4 container, eventually the audio becomes out of sync. Strangely, for me, the audio was in sync for the first 15 minutes or so. Then it starts to slide. Have also tried this with most recent developmental (2070) - no difference.
