Select DirectShowSource. When the video opens you'll see MeGUI has added frame rate conversion to the script. It should look something like this: DirectShowSource ("E:\video.ts", fps=25.000, audio=false, convertfps=true).AssumeFPS (25,1) Check the number of frames and video duration at the top of the preview window.

But either way has anyone heard of audio sync problems with MeGUI? Many times.. one would be AVC in AVC and the delay you get from b-frames, other would be an incorrect fps set during muxing (that's why we have a logfile so that you can see it and reproduce the results even after exiting the software.. if there's no fps set.. mp4box assumes 25 fps).

Priority: 5. When using AAC (nero) & H.264 (x264) inside a mp4 container, eventually the audio becomes out of sync. Strangely, for me, the audio was in sync for the first 15 minutes or so. Then it starts to slide. Have also tried this with most recent developmental (2070) - no difference.

Sounds great except the audio was out of sync So I'm not sure what happened. I think it might be a problem with my d2v rip or something, because I ran the movie a few days ago (video only) and tried to mux using YAMB with a AC3->AAC BeLight converted file, and have the same problems.

If MeGUI is demuxing and encoding the elementary streams then the sync problem is it's fault not ours. Lets assume you have a file created by VideoReDo that has a "delay" of 200ms. That means that the audio starts 200ms after the video.

It does not fade out the sound when I use the audio cutter to apply a cut to the audio of a ripped DVD made to a VTS file by MeGUI. Even after going through the stages of pointing to the original AC3 file, The Cut File and saving as the same or a new file, it makes no difference - it does not fade out at all, ever. basically it is useless to do ...
