EK Audio Osmosis has a few mnemonics and hooks that the books don't, but as you note it's a bit dated. I have the 9th edition EK books (new for the 2015 MCAT), and they're lacking a good bit of Biochem which on my MCAT found its way into nearly every question (I'm hoping the 10th edition augmented this a good bit, but haven't looked).
