Ok I have recently purchased some Jamo C109s, sound fantastic running on my downstairs AV set-up (see pic, using MC2 Audio S800 amp) but they are not for that room. They're for the upstairs where I'm using an old MC2 Audio T2000 amp but the transformer is noisy, as in mechanically noisy.

Nice clean powerful sound without the hard edges. A similar amp is still made today by MC2 audio, the S800. This one is in really clean and in excellent condition, no marks or damage (unlike 99% of the rest of them that are around). It probably is one of the best. 350 watts into 8 ohms, 650 into 4.
