Big problems with Windows 10. I use magicjack for my phone. Just got new computer. Phone had no audio and then wouldn't shut down or start correctly. So reset to default settings. Took a while and it got rid of all other stuff I had put on it, but phone had audio.

Magic Jack says it is a Microsoft problem and Microsoft says MJ must update the driver - this is not correct as there is no driver - just a plug in Magic Jack. My voice is fine when using Skype so I am sure that the compatibility issue is with Windows 10 as MJ worked fine with Windows 8. Report abuse. 10 people found this reply helpful.
