It might not necessarily be Flash that removes it but apparently something does. Solution #1: Google "Flash No Audio WAVEMAPPER" for directions, its been covered a bunch, but basically requires running REGEDIT and readding the WAVEMAPPER key to the appropriate location and value in the registry. Its not as difficult as it sounds.
