MBP i7 15' HDMI Audio is skipping when output to a TV. I have a mid 2010 15' i7 Macbook Pro, using a moshi mini display port adaptor to output both audio and video to a Sony Bravia 46' TV. There are 3 tabs in the window; Sound Effects, Output and Input. Be sure you are on the Sound Effects tab. Middle of the window select your TV where it says "Play sound effects through:".
