    Take your Mac Pro in and have them check the power supply. Mac Pros are very quiet machines. When the drives make a noise, its more a buzzing sound than a hum.     Disconnect anything the plugs into any ports, including USB devices, network cables, and external monitors, and the charger and see if the hum goes away.
