Hi, I've been experiencing this issue for months now (since September 2017 at least) and it is very frustrating. If I record video using FiLMiC Pro on an iPhone and select PCM as the audio format, after editing perfectly well in Premiere 12.0.1 on my MacBook Pro running High Sierra for the first few minutes, suddenly all audio output in Premiere dies.
