Thanks for these tips. On my very first use of PR CC I had the no audio problem. The clips were all self contained, ie. they were not folder dependent. I tried the simple rename of my .mts files to .m2ts and an .mp4 to .avi as I saw elsewhere searching, and all my sound appeared as expected.

@michael-mayton. Hi. There is an issue with the AC3 Dolby Digital Codec which is no longer supported in MEP 2016 and earlier versions. For existing recordings you need to convert the audio to AAC with a video converter such as Handbrake.. If you use Handbrake set the Video and Audio settings as shown below

If you play the Blu-ray disc from the Blu-ray drive it will play fine. If you then rip that disc to your HDD and playback an m2ts file you may find the wrong audio or no audio. The cause of this is the software player being used is unable to decode HD audio during m2ts playback.
