The M2N-SLi is an old board. The Vista driver for the ADI1988 might work, but you will probably need a Windows 8 sound card. You would do better with a newer system. ASUS does not provide Windows 7 drivers at their website for my M2N-SLI mainboard. I am running 64 bit WIndows Home Premium. I have spent. hours trying to get the vista driver provided by ASUS but that doesn't work. I will appreciate any help you can provide.

I have the ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe and my on-board audio has never worked since I got the board. But I had planed on using a better (Razer) sound card anyways, so wasnt that big of a deal for me. After doing a lil research and reading a bunch of forums/reviews, the ASUS M2N boards are rock solid, besides having audio issues.
