also check to make sure your m-audio fast track is set to the same sampling rate. click on the ASIO button at the bottom of that pop up window and it will bring up the m-audio mixer panel. look on the hardware tab and make sure you do not have the sampling rate locked at something other than 44100 or 48000.

Not constant like a ground loop, just every few minutes or so I get a loud, obnoxious, "cshhhhhh", "bvvvvvvvt" or beep. I also have an older M-Audio FastTrack interface, and it behaves the same way, even worse (there are no proper Windows 10 driver for it). But, oddly, I have a usb headset that works perfectly fine.
