But this ProFire 610 firewire audio interface works perfectly. I have not stress tested it at its full 8 or 10 simultaneous inputs at 192k sample, but at 2 inputs at 192k sample it works without problems. The only thing of warning is to make sure the red clipping light doesn't flash on.

You will capture some great live performance with the ProFire 610 in stereo too. All 8 of the line outs are great and the interface is very easy to set up and use. It does come with Ableton Lite just in case you need a DAW to record with and don’t own one. But I used it in Cubase and in Logic.
