                It worked fine. Never had problems with the M-Audio driver not finding or recognizing the FW410 device. The FireWire Solo you have may be faulty. I don't know how to verify if your problems are due to broken/faulty hardware or not. You may be able to find a used M-Audio (or other) interface locally rather than through eBay.
