    The Fast Track is decent but it tends to be pretty quiet, especially if you're trying to record anything involving a microphone. Scarlett, you get very good audio without trying to crank the gain to be able to hear anything. Software for 2i2 that you recommend, guitar rig or whatever. Not that big a fan of m-audio.
