Ok, so I got an M-audio Fast track pro. So far, it's pretty good. It took me quite a while to set up the drivers, but It's working now. So anyways, right now I'm recording at a 48k sample rate. However, the interface can go up to 96k. Now, I went into the control panel and it says max sample rate is 48k.

5.3ms is really low latency; on average, people can't detect anything below 15ms, so you should be sitting pretty. You can lower the buffer for the Fast Track Pro from its control panel to lower the latency even further, but it's going to increase the amount of processing required by your CPU.
