Well, one thing, the Fast Track is USB, so THAT is the onlyway you connect it to the computer. Not with RCAs into the audio input. Your mic is dynamic it does not need phantom power, so be sure phantom power is OFF. Connected properly, the Fast Track should show up in your preferences, and you should select it for input.
