The computer picks up the time code signal but it is very hard to adjust the time code quality. The better sound card for Virtual dj is numark virtual vinyl. For cd players use M-Audio connectiv, for vinyl use Numark virtual vinyl. I spent a week trying to configure the m audio to read vinyls but it was a headache.

Virtual DJ is 70% lower in volume than Winamp. Further, my cd's played through a basic denon dual deck is louder than VDJ which makes mixing between VDJ and CDs makes it very inconsistent. What I'm curious about is if the connectiv makes VDJ sound comparable to the output level of Winamp or CDs.

Evening guys, I would like to ask you about your views on the M-audio Connectiv soundcard. I've been looking at it this afternoon.
