also check to make sure your m-audio fast track is set to the same sampling rate. click on the asio button at the bottom of that pop up window and it will bring up the m-audio mixer panel. look on the hardware tab and make sure you do not have the sampling rate locked at something other than 44100 or 48000. in fact, i'd make sure it's not locked …
